Quality & Manufacturing
Quality and manufacturing
Every product runs through the same sequence in-house, from raw-material procurement to standardized, packed and documented batch.
Process
Manufacturing sequence
Run in-house from specification to finished product. The extraction route — solvent, supercritical CO₂ or steam distillation — depends on the product and the fraction required.
- 01
Procurement
Raw material sourced and checked against specification before processing.
- 02
Extraction
Solvent, CO₂ or steam-distillation route chosen for the product and target fraction.
- 03
Filtration
Removal of plant solids from the extract.
- 04
Concentration
Solvent recovery and concentration of the extract.
- 05
Drying
Conversion to the required physical form where applicable.
- 06
Standardization
Adjusted to the specified marker-compound content.
- 07
Packaging
Packed and labelled per order, with batch documentation.
Quality control
Checks on every batch
The two things every inquiry eventually comes down to: what was tested, and what documentation comes with it.
- Batch traceability
- Every batch is traceable from raw material through to the finished product.
- Raw material testing
- Incoming botanical material is tested before it enters production.
- Finished goods testing
- Batch-level checks before anything is cleared to ship.
- Documentation
- Certificate of Analysis per batch; specification sheet, TDS and SDS on request.
Documentation
Documents supplied
Request any of these from a product page or through the inquiry form.
| Document | Covers | Provided |
|---|---|---|
| Certificate of Analysis (COA) | Test results for the batch supplied | With every batch |
| Specification sheet | The agreed specification for the product and grade | On request |
| Technical Data Sheet (TDS) | Technical properties, handling and use of the product | On request |
| Safety Data Sheet (SDS) | Safety, storage and transport information | On request |
Process capability
Flow and vapour-phase chemistry
Used for our cosmetic ingredients range of ketones and acetophenones.
Vapour phase chemistry is especially suited for hazardous, exothermic, and high-temperature processes, offering better reaction control, faster kinetics, and minimized solvent usage — aligning with both economic and environmental goals.
- High-pressure operations
- Up to 50 bar
- High-temperature reactions
- Up to 600 °C
- Flexible reactor configurations
- For rapid scale-up from pilot to commercial scale

Quality questions we are asked most
Can I get a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes — COAs are provided per batch alongside your order.
Can you formulate to a custom purity or specification?
Yes. Share your specification or target application and we will scope a custom formulation or grade.
Do you provide samples?
Get in touch with the product you are interested in and we can discuss sample availability.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Let us know your destination when you reach out, and we will confirm shipping options and documentation.
Ask about our process
Tell us the product you are evaluating and the documentation your quality team needs. We will confirm what is available for your grade and market.
